Have you heard of Zumba Gold? Are you looking for a fun way to attain your fitness goals? Why not drop the weights and dance the calories off.

Zumba is a Latin based dance class. I’m sure some of you are thinking, “I can’t do this, I have no rhythm or coordination, or maybe I can’t dance.” The truth is that you don’t need those to start your journey with Zumba. I once felt the same way, but one step on the dance Á oor and you’ll be hooked.

This is a low impact class for older adults and people with injuries, limited mobility, or balance problems. You can do Zumba in a chair or at your own pace. There’s never pressure to do more than you’re comfortable with.

Starting July 1, join me Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:15 – 9 a.m. at the COA Lowe Center. Cost is $20 a month and as with all of our classes, the À rst time is FREE.
