While Cass County is surrounded by some of the finest medical facilities in the country, getting to those appointments can sometimes be challenging. The Cass County Council on Aging (COA) helps bridge that gap through our dedicated team of volunteer drivers who provide reliable transportation to and from out-of-county medical appointments.

Our compassionate transportation volunteers proudly serve older adults and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they can safely access the specialized care they need.

If you have an out-of-county medical appointment and require transportation assistance, please call the COA at (269) 445-8110 and ask for the Transportation Department.

Please Note: If you use a wheelchair and require our wheelchair-accessible van, be sure to inform the transportation coordinator when scheduling your appointment so we can best accommodate your needs.
