Active Living Clubs & Activities


Active Living at the COA includes engaging activities, events and programs designed to keep you healthy, active and involved.  You can enjoy a weekly card game, mah jongg, chess, or bingo.  There are Bridge tournaments that feature fun and prizes.  You can join knitting and quilting groups as well as dancing and sing-a-longs.

Active Living coordinates a number of intergenerational programs including Pen Pals, Camp Safe Kids, Etiquette,(life skills)and the annual Grand Festival .  The COA also participates in many local events such as the Dowagiac Candle Light Christmas Parade, Harvest Festival, Summer in the City, Cass County Fair, Dowagiac Concert Series, and the annual Dogwood Fine Arts Festival.
