Michael Garcia The COA would like to introduce Michael Garcia as our new Director of Nutrition. Michael comes to the COA with over 30 years of professional culinary experience. Previously, he was the Garde Manger at the luxurious Hotel Jerome in Aspen, CO. While there, he was able to watch many activities of the X Games right from his residence in the city.

While not at work, Michael enjoys gardening, playing guitar, and cooking Mexican food. He also has 6 children that keep him very busy!
