Nancy Pallas began volunteering for the COA about 7 years ago by helping with events and writing for the Pen Pal program.

A few years ago she decided to take on the role of assisting with taxes and has since contributed many hours each year. Recently Nancy took her duties a step further and became a certified tax preparer.

To top off her volunteering roles, Nancy is also an active member of the COA’s Board of Directors.
