Taylor Lee and Ky'sha Johnson have created two FREE fitness classes to help you prepare for the weather cooling down and the holidays coming up.
Ky'sha Johnson’s BRAIN & BODY will help keep your mind and body connected to maximize your everyday living experience, and Taylor Lee’s FIT 30 will help build strength, improve mobility, and work up a sweat all in just 30 minutes! A variety of beginner-friendly routines and upbeat music ensure you’ll never get bored.
The six-week classes start in November.
