This class begins with a stand-up energizing aerobic workout and ends with a chair cool down and stretch. The focus is on heart health, strength, flexibility and balance.
Meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 to 9:45 a.m.
Cost is $25 per month or $5 for walk-ins.
