This class is low-impact with high-energy. You will challenge your entire body with a combination of cardio, strength training and balance exercises. Mat exercises are also incorporated for a well-rounded workout.
Meets 8 to 8:45 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Cost is $25 per month or $5 for walk-ins.
