Ray Phillips is an integral component in the Handy Helpers program and has been for many years. Not only does he help with the building of ramps and the instillation of handrails and grab bars, but he is behind the scenes too. Ray is the team’s architect and draws up the blueprints.

Because of Ray and the rest of the Handy Helpers, many area seniors have been helped throughout the years.
