As the Director of Nutrition, Michael Garcia spends his days at the COA cooking delicious meals with his team for the COA’s Lowe Center, Front Street Crossing, Chestnut Towers, and Meals on Wheels. With over 30 years of professional culinary experience, Mike does a great job preparing nutritionally balanced meals that are enjoyed throughout Cass County.

When not at work, Michael enjoys gardening, playing guitar, and cooking Mexican food. He also has 6 children that keep him very busy
