Online-Only Applications

APPLY HERE

From May 1 to October 31, eligible Michigan seniors must apply online through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) website:

Once approved, participants will receive their $25 benefit card in the mail.

Eligibility Requirements:

Age: 60 years or older (or 55+ if part of a Michigan federally recognized tribe or urban tribal group)
Income:
- Single: Monthly income under $2,412
- Couple: Monthly income under $3,260
