A Positive Start to the New Year

New Year’s resolutions for seniors are most effective when they are realistic, enjoyable, and meaningful. By focusing on exercising regularly, eating better, learning new things, and staying socially connected, seniors can build healthy habits that support independence and quality of life all year long.
