Senior Stretch

If you’re a senior looking to gain more independence, mobility, and flexibility, stretching just might be your new best friend! By increasing your range of motion, you’ll be less prone to injury while exercising, traveling, or playing with grandkids. You’ll feel less stiff and more comfortable going about everyday activities like walking, lifting, bending and even driving. You’ll improve your posture, circulation and balance while relieving pain and stress. Ultimately, flexibility is about enjoying your life.

Check out this new fitness class dedicated to stretching at Front Street Crossing. Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings from 10 to 10:45 a.m. for this one of a kind class. Cost is $25 a month.

Cardio Challenge (T/Th)

Your favorite Monday, Wednesday, Friday class just got a later option. This class is low-impact with high-energy. You will challenge your entire body with a combination of cardio, strength training, and balance exercises. Mat exercises are also incorporated for a well-rounded workout.

Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Cost is $25 a month.
