Each attending household receives an efficiency kit with easy-to-install devices, like an efficient shower head, faucet aerators, insulating window film and weather stripping to reduce energy costs.  There are also PAR dusk-till-dawn bulbs, LED bulbs and an LED task lamp that also charges a phone.
