Staged in Dowagiac's Central Business District downtown,  the Ice Time Festival celebrates winter fun.  Watch ice carvers as they create works of art.  Gather ‘round the campfire for warm and chocolaty s’mores and taste restaurant samples in our annual Chili Crawl.  Downtown specialty shops offer promotions and sales.  Visit the specially scheduled entertainment and attractions.
