Rest & Restore (Gentle Yin) Relax deeply with slow, supported movements and guided breathing.
All sessions are beginner-friendly, entirely optional to modify, and can be done seated. No experience needed, just come as you are.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, limit jewelry and accessories, and avoid belts and restrictive waist bands.
