Now more than ever we need to show support for those on the frontline fighting against COVID-19. From first responders to medical professionals, grocery store clerks to maintenance workers, there are many Cass County residents still working throughout this pandemic while the rest of us stay at home. These essential workers have and will continue to face more risks than most.
For many organizations, pivoting to online or remote working isn’t an option, and traveling into work each day to provide essential services to hundreds of customers or patients can bring high levels of anxiety and stress for employees.
Working in a client-facing role is demanding at the best of times, but as people around the world navigate major change and uncertainty, the challenges for frontline employees are noticeably greater.
Please help us highlight our local heroes by nominating your Frontline Fighter. Send us a photo and/or a brief statement of the impact this person has made in our community during this unsettling time. We will be recognizing a new hero each week with something special just for them.
