Become a Confident Caregiver

For families facing the challenges of caregiving for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of memory loss, there are difficult times ahead. 

The Cass County COA is offering two 6-week classes, Creating Confident Caregivers, that will help you  better understand your role and how to reduce the suffering of your loved one. 

This program is supported by Region IV Area Agency on Aging.  To attend Michigan residency is required for either the caregiver or person receiving care. 

First Class Offered:

Class Location:  Cass County COA Lowe Center, 60525 Decatur Rd., Cassopolis, MI  49031

Dates:  Monday afternoons beginning March 27, 2017 and ending May 1, 2017

Time:  10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Second Class Offered:

Class Location:  Cass County COA Lowe Center, 60525 Decatur Rd., Cassopolis, MI  49031

Dates:  Thursday afternoons beginning August 3, 2017 to September 7, 2017

Time:  1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
